Privacy Policy

This website, dennis-campbell.com (the “Site”), is operated by Dennis Campbell (“DC,” “we,” “us”) of Phoenix, Arizona. This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information you give us

When you send a booking inquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, organization, event date, the type of engagement you’re planning, audience details and your message. The form is delivered to DC by email through our email provider, Resend. If you email or call DC directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss, plan and deliver an engagement.

Information collected automatically

• Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the Site secure and running.
• Vercel Web Analytics. We use Vercel’s privacy-friendly analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Google Analytics (cookies only with your consent). If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how visitors use the Site, including pages viewed, approximate location, device and how you arrived. If you decline or haven’t chosen yet, no analytics cookies are set; Google receives only basic, cookieless signals (for example, that a page was viewed) that it uses to estimate overall traffic without recognizing you across visits. Embedded videos and outside links

Videos on the Site are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. When you play a video, YouTube (Google) may collect information under its own privacy policy. Links to other sites, such as Amazon for DC’s book, are governed by those sites’ policies.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run the Site (Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery and Google Analytics as described above), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

Booking inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for normal business records. Google Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, generally no longer than 14 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information you’ve sent us by emailing dcampbell@campbellra.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor valid requests. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

The Site is intended for adults planning events and is not directed to children under 16.

Security

The Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and we limit access to inquiry information to DC. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
